Cailtyn Carlson

Cailtyn joins the BVC staff in 2026 at our Associate Children’s Director. She loves adventure, spending time with her husband, Zach, and investing in the lives of kids. She has a heart for helping children grow in their faith, building meaningful relationships with families, and creating fun, Christ-centered experiences.
