"Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth." John 4:23-24 NIV

When one says: "worship ministry", we might tend to associate it with music, singing hyms and psalms, clapping hands, maybe dancing or lifting hands during that short, 20-30 minutes long song service on Sunday morning. But worship and worship ministry is not just music - it is so much more.
Worship is where it all starts - it is through worship that we find God's presence; it is through worship that we are drawn closer to God; it is thorgh worship that we fix our eyes on God and we see. And when we get the taste of how good our Lord is - worship is the response. The only response we can have. When we look at our God, who created heaven and earth, when we see His wonderful creation, worship is praising His work. When we look at Jesus, Our Savior, worship is following Him. When we look at the Holy Spirit, worship is opening our hearts for his power and making disciples. Worship is remembering everyday who our God is - and living it:
Jehovah Jireh - Our Provider; Jehovah Nissi - Our Banner; Jehovah Raphe - Our Healer; Jehovah Shammah - The Lord Is Here; Jehovah Tsidkenu - Our Righteousness; Jehovah Shalem - Our Peace; Jehovah Roiy - Our Shepherd.
Worship is not a few-minutes long act; it's our whole lifestyle. It's coming to the feet of Jesus with a humble heart that repents; it's love that keeps commandements.
We worship God as individuals - through our loving relationship with Him. We also come together and worship Him as a congregation - as one body. When we gather together we all are "the worship team". You might not play any instruments; you might not be a talented singer; but as we all - you called to be one of the true worshipers, who worships in spirit and in truth.
